Nong's Roasted Corn Salad
Nothing says summer quite a like a fresh corn salad. Level up your next picnic or camp dish with this fresh and tangy salad featuring roasted corn and Nong's classic sauce.
- 2 ears corn
- ¼ cup Nong’s Khao Man Gai Sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado chopped
- 1 lime’s juice
- ½ cup cilantro
- salt & pepper, to taste
Roast the corn in the husk, right over the coals of your campfire (or a grill).
Husk the corn and cut the kernals off the cobb. Mix in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
