Nong's Egg Salad
Simplicity at its finest. This egg salad is quick and easy to whip up at camp, but will have you coming back for more time and time again.
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 2 tbsp Nong’s Khao Man Gai Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp mustard
- salt & pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Serve as a dip with potato chips and sweet peppers.
