Fresh Nectarine Salad
Grilled nectarines and a tangy dressing combined with fresh greens and a touch of mozzarella - what more could you really want? This fresh salad is a great side, but can work as a meal in itself just as easily.
- 2 nectarines, halved
- 2 tbsp Nong’s Khao Man Gai Sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper, to taste
- mixed salad greens
- fresh mozzarella
Combine Nong's sauce, honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Grill the nectarine halves until slightly carmalized. While still warm, mix into the bowl with the dressing.
Spoon over mixed greens and top with fresh mozzarella.
