These classic BBQ beef back ribs can be prepped in advance, making them perfect for your next camping trip. Simply prep the ribs as instructed below, then sear them over the campfire to serve. Dinner at camp couldn't be easier!
Ingredients:
- 8 beef back ribs
- ½ cup Nong’s Khao Man Gai Sauce
- ½ cup shoyu
- ½ cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp honey
- kosher salt
Directions:
Prior to cooking, coat the ribs with kosher salt, wrap tightly in foil, and let sit in the fridge for 1-2 days.
The night before cooking, make a marinade of Nong's sauce, shoyu, ketchup, and honey and marinate the beef ribs in this overnight.
Bake in an oven at 250° F until the internal temperature reaches 165° F. Then rest and refrigerate until ready to eat.
When you're ready to enjoy, remove the ribs from the fridge and let them come up to room temp, then sear over high heat on a grill or camp fire.
