Ingredients & Directions
- 1 lb Korean-style beef short ribs.
- 1/2 cup of Nong's sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1/2 Asian pear, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp honey
Mix all the ingredients together and marinade a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Follow Air Fryer instructions to make sure the short ribs are fully cooked. Flip short ribs half way through cooking.
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can use a hot cast iron pan or broil it in the oven.
