Ingredients & Directions

  • 1 pack of spinach
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (we prefer avocado oil)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp chili (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Nong’s Sauce


Heat oil on high heat, then cook garlic and chili until fragrant. 

Add spinach and cook until slightly wilted. Pour some Nong’s Sauce on the pan, cook another minute, then serve.
