Ingredients & Directions
1 lb of ground beef or ground buffalo
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Chili chopped (optional)
½ bell pepper
8 asparagus stalks
2 tbsp Nong’ Sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Heat the oil and add garlic and chili peppers until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add beef, bell pepper, mushrooms, and asparagus. Cook for a few minutes until the beef is cooked all the way through.
Add Nong’s Sauce and sugar to the stir fry and mix thoroughly, then serve.
