Team safety
Aside from offering the best private health insurance plans to our team members, we’ve introduced a number of new safety protocols to prevent COVID from spreading:
- Daily health and symptom checks
- Mandatory face mask/face shield policy
- Hand washing every 30 minutes
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of surface areas
- Additional hand sanitizer stations
- Fewer staff on-site at once
- Shorter hours and more time off for our workers to reduce stress
