Grilled Fish
Ingredients & Directions
1 or more whole fish - we used sea bass, but almost any other white, flakey fish will taste great. When picking fresh fish, choose fish with clear eyes.
Salt to taste
Lemongrass, a few stalks
Ginger, a few large pieces
Garlic, a few cloves
Lime, sliced into thin rounds
Cilantro, a few sprigs
Banana leaves
Directions
Generously salt the fish, then stuff the cavity with lemongrass, ginger, garlic, and cilantro. Wrap the fish in banana leaf, then wrap the banana leaf in foil. Cook the fish for around 15-20 minutes depending on how big the fish is.
Serve with Nong’s Sauce for dipping!
