Stir fried Kale with Nong’s sauce

Level: easy Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • one bunch of Kale
  • 1 small lotus root fine cut
  • 2 cloves of garlic fine cut
  • 1 red thai chili (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 2 tsp of honey
  • 5 tbsp of Nong’s Khao Man Gai Sauce
  • 1 tsp of soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp of vegetable stock

 

Let’s do it!

1. Heat the wok in high heat until it’s super hot

2. Add coconut oil, garlic, chili

3. Add everything in the wok, mix everything in high heat

4. Cook in 4 mins

5. Enjoy with rice, Quinoa or just by it self.
